And the U.S. suffered virtually no inflation in the Red Plan years!<\/p>\n<p>State Auditor&#8217;s assistant Mark Kerr, who I hope will be in Duluth Tuesday, describes one $8.7 million payment to JCI that Art Johnston and I have been kicking about as legal.
