My friend Frank took a look at the numbers and did a little calculation of his own.<\/p>\n

Here’s his message:<\/p>\n

“using your figure of 437 million yields $5100 for every resident of
\nDuluth. Anyone drawing breath. A typical family of 4 = $20,000.00”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Actually, its not quite that bad. The School District is a hair bigger than the city of Duluth with about 94,000 citizens. Divide that into 437 million and each of us will only have to kick in $4648.93. A family of four will only kick in $18,595.72.<\/p>\n
