\nDuluth School Board and Johnson Controls is allowed to stand. <\/p>\n
\nthat will affect them all for a long time to come is distasteful and not
\nat all consistent with what the founding fathers had in mind when this
\ncountry was founded. It will set an ugly precedent for all school
\ndistricts in the state which I believe will come to haunt state
\ngovernment. Duluth is already struggling with the effects of the city
\ngovernment retiree health care issue. It’s magnitude is around $300
\nmillion dollars. If this plan referred to above is allowed to stand
\nwithout voter input, then a long term debt of equal or greater magnitude
\nwill be added to the citizens of Duluth. <\/p>\n
