A short time ago I linked to a story that explained how generations of black American families had their family’s wealth stripped away from them leaving them with little to pass on to the next generation. Today NPR had an excellent short summary about why it is that the vast majority of Black Americans have substandard schools for their children. Its built upon their being channeled into the smallest possible urban footprints with hundreds of thousands crammed into a few blocks and then red lined out of an opportunity to leave the ghettos as their European predecessors did every generation by people like Donald Trump.
