Another good one

I like this email too. If it had come in as a letter it would be part of the public record which Art and I have tried to enlarge so as to include email but our proposal fell on deaf ears. So, I’ll begin to rectify that here by publishing the first two paragraphs:

Members,

According to the investigative report, witnesses lied(made unsubstantiated claims) one third of the time, but this still qualifies them as a reliable? Other statements gleaned from the report had witnesses saying they “felt” intimidated, threatened, etc, but there is a world of difference between what a person “feels” as opposed to the actions allegedly taken by Mr. Johnston. How one “feels” about something is not the responsibility of the actor, but the viewer. Example: I am angered by the actions of the board to the point of ruining my health (not really, this is just an example). Is the board culpable for its actions that affect my health? My ulcers certainly hurt me more than Art’s “assault” on Bill G’s shoulder hurts him.

I suspect that this entire charade is a witchhunt designed to muzzle Mr. Johnston and intimidate future board member against daring to expose the types of fraud perpetrated against the district taxpayers by Johnson Controls and the Dixon administration. Equally ironic is the anti bullying link found front and center on the IDS709 website’s homepage. It would seem to one as ignerunt as myself that the board is behaving with same same type of bullying behavior that they find so offensive in Mr Johnston.
